mono 10270 Born in 1942, Tassilo von Grolman first trained as a machinist at AEG before attending the Kassel Institute of Design. Subsequently he gathered valuable experience while working with advertising agencies and architectural companies. He established his own company in 1975, and since then has been active in the design of product, packaging and corporate design. He has received numerous awards for his work. The mandate for designer Tassilo von Grolman was to create a new aesthetic for the enjoyment and enhancement of tea drinking. The result was a teapot with its own unconventional harmony. Function and contemporary design were truly synthesized in the classic teapot. The tea leaves unfold freely, as they release their full aroma.
